I absolutely loved it myself. Wheeee!

Of course, it took two bloody HOURS to watch it, since I have an old computer, an it had to "buffer" for 5-20 seconds before every 5-7 second spurt I could watch. *sigh* But still -- I am SO! HAPPY!

I can see a whole new tsunami of fanfic coming out of this new series. Heehee!

Actually, it's not me (I?) who needs help, it's ljmouse, one of those who runs the Firefox News fandom site. (For which I myself also happen to write articles.)

In this LJ post she asks for anime-knowledgeable people to help her set up the anime fandom categories so they'll get proper coverage as the Firefox site goes into a phase of expansion.

If you have any suggestions or ideas for her, please go over and let her know.

No, don't panic. Heehee! This is about an anime series that's currently being shown on Friday evenings, on Canada's YTV channel.

Woo! As of yesterday, I'm one of the Anime Reporters on the fandom news site, Firefox News. And here's my first article: Free Anime Episode Downloads at Amazon Unbox - But Hurry! 

Yaaaaay! Ahem. That's what I thought yesterday when I woke up: "Hey! I don't have to go to the hospital today!"

And I don't have to feel really icky today. Plus I'm not losing 30% of my paycheque! Win-win-win-win, woo!

Yeah, yeah, we'll still be monitoring, blah blah blah. But for now, things are peachy.

And I got to watch some of the Anime-on-Demand weekly episode uploads last night, which also made me happy. Though while watching "Innocent Venus," I was very disturbed that my favourite character (I'm a sucker for Vig Mignogna's voice) may turn out to be a bad guy. *sob* Such drama in that episode, and I'm going, "Noooooooo!" and scaring the cats.

Yep. Great evening.

And no hospital! 

I'm very pleased with today's productivity. The funny thing is, I haven't done anything I'm "supposed" to be doing. (e.g. working on the carn sarned book proposal!!) But I've done some more work on chapter 6 of my fanfic, Apotheosis, which has not been going quickly, so I'm pleased with that. And I tweaked and uploaded (to fanfiction.net) six more chapters of the "Balance of Power" fanfic (6 chapters left to upload *gasp*) which I'm now co-writing. So I just got bits and pieces done, with no pressure.

And! While hunting for some ecards to send to notsoclever for tomorrow (HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!), I found a site for anime ecards! Woo! I could spend hours there, but I am pulling away with steely resolve. But -- Fullmetal Alchemist ecards! Princess Tutu ecards! Eeeeee!

Ahem.

Now I think I'll spend the rest of the evening watching the Anime-on-Demand channel. I am becoming intrigued by two new (to me) series: Innocent Venus and Air TV. In both of them, I am very much enjoying Edward Elric's voice coming out of the main characters. Heehee!
